Cliff's mission for the company was to market control systems that would serve to enhance customers' competitive strengths through improved quality and productivity. Today, Industrial Control and Design, Inc. is a fast-growing technical organization specializing in the engineering, design and programming of automation systems for industrial, agricultural, municipal, and other applications. ICAD systems feature completely open architecture and are tailored to the customers' specifications. Projects range in scope from individual machine or production line controls to complete plant automation. From its local beginnings, ICAD systems are now serving both national and international markets.
