Project Overview

Innovative iCAD engineering produced this SCADA to coordinate 100 varied PLCs -- each controlling a separate machine that performs a specific task -- to facilitate automatic start/stop of each tool, remote announcement of alarms, and historization of individual operating parameters and alarms -- all from a single location!

Benefits

Providing a top-level supervisory view of the entire plant, this system will maximize productivity via access to operating parameters of all machines simultaneously, and will minimize response time to prevent or correct a machine malfunction -- without an operator being in the vicinity of the tool.
