Our first objective when meeting with a new client is to sit down and gain a complete understanding of their industrial automation needs. From these initial meetings, a Project Scope is developed which will clearly layout the required components of each automation project. A Project Scope can contain any of the following:

• Motor List
• I/O List
• Instrument List
• Motor Control and Switch Gear Specifications
• Specification of Automation Controls
• Sequence of Operation
• Performance specification
• Engineers estimated cost

Once the Project Scope is complete it can be used for budgeting purposes or to acquire comparative bids.
